Use Case: Applying a Feature Across Several SharePoint Sites At Once
A common SharePoint use case: You are a SharePoint Administrator, and need to activate new features across several sites within your environment. While this task can be accomplished one site at a time, it could take a long time (not the best use of your time) and leaves room for error (you might miss some of them).
With ControlPoint, you can activate one or more features across multiple sites in bulk, through one simple user interface:
Step 1: Select the sites for which you need to activate the features.

Step 2: Identify and highlight the features that need to be activated from the list, then select the Activate Selected radio button and click Run Now.
