An End-to-End Migration using Davinci Migrator for SharePoint 2010
Sometimes you just want to quickly select a handful of sites and migrate them to your SharePoint 2010 without having to jump through hoops, having to define every parameter and rule just to test your migration. Maybe you just want to test your environments as-is to see what migrates, and what fails (such as customizations). Or maybe this collection of sites is fairly out-of-the-box, and you're confident they'll come across clean from your 2003 or 2007 environment.
